Using the directory

Findmydoctor helps you discover doctors and clinics. Information can be incomplete or out of date. Confirm credentials, fees, addresses and appointment arrangements with the clinic before relying on a listing. The directory does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.

Accounts and profile ownership

Provide accurate information and submit claims only for a practice you are authorized to represent. Admin approval and account linking are required before a doctor can manage a profile. Admins can revoke access, hide a listing or remove a verification badge when information changes or requires review.

Appointments

Submitting a request does not guarantee a consultation. Wait for confirmation and contact the clinic for arrangements, changes and payments. Fees shown are directory information, and payment is arranged directly with the clinic.

Availability and staff

Published schedules, breaks and holidays govern new requests. Rescheduling requires a new confirmation. Practice owners are responsible for keeping availability current and authorizing appropriate clinic staff. Directory access does not replace clinic procedures or emergency contact.

Photos and patient reviews

Upload only images you have permission to publish, without patient information. Photos and reviews require moderation. Reviews are limited to completed appointments recorded in the app and describe an individual experience, not proof of clinical quality. Report sensitive, abusive or misleading content for admin review.

Paid placement

Sponsored doctors and hospitals are labeled. Search relevance, active sponsorship and each profile’s directory priority may affect ordering. Nearby results use approximate straight-line distance when published coordinates are available; they are not travel directions. Paid placement does not indicate superior medical outcomes or independent verification. Any commercial arrangement is agreed separately with the operator.

Concerns or corrections

Report incorrect profiles, inappropriate access or a dispute through the contact form so an admin can review it.
